All sales made by Salty Cali, Inc. (“Salty Cali”) to you ("Retailer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise indicated by Salty Cali, Inc. in writing. Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before submitting an application for a wholesale account.

General Terms of Agreement

By executing this contact, you acknowledge that you operate a valid retail business and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. This contract is valid for one wholesale application only for sale at one location as specified on your online application form. Any secondary stores, pop up shops, website sales, online sales or any other sales outlets are not included in this agreement and must receive specific written approval to sell Salty Cali products.

Order Requirements & Custom Displays

Orders can be placed online at www.saltycali.com/pages/wholesale or by submitting a PO via email at info@saltycali.com. Upon approval of your online application, you will be provided a password to access Salty Cali wholesale's website where you can place orders.

Retailers that meet the initial minimum order of $1,000.00 USD, are provided a custom display at no additional charge, so long as minimum quantities are maintained. Minimum quantities are intended as at least half the number of products purchased with your first order. Salty Cali Displays are not to be used to display any products from any other vendor. If the minimum quantity is not maintained, and/or the Salty Cali Displays provided are being used to display any product other than Salty Cali products, the Display is to be returned to Salty Cali at the address listed above at the cost of the retailer, or to be billed to the retailer at $100 due 30 days from invoice date.

Payment Information and Terms

Salty Cali accepts credit card and PayPal payments online via our website or via electronic invoices. Retailers may also apply for credit terms with us by filling out an application form with at least three credit references. Credit application forms can be requested via email.

No initial orders are processed or shipped until the initial payment is received in full or credit terms have been approved.

Initial orders, orders on special offers, or specified sale orders may have different terms for their respective orders and are to be considered one-time events. All other orders, unless specified in writing otherwise, are to follow the terms outlined in this agreement.

Please note Salty Cali may hold limited stock in certain styles or lines, and orders placed without immediate payment cannot be guaranteed stock for orders intended to be processed in the future. If a style or line is not available at your time of purchase, Salty Cali will not charge you for item(s) and will not hold the item(s) against minimum order or minimum quantity requirements.

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

Shipping and Handling

The retailer incurs the shipping costs. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you are unable to receive shipments from any of the aforementioned carriers, you must notify us upon placing an order. Any additional shipping costs resulting from shipments that are undeliverable and are returned to us will be billed back to you at cost. If your shipment is damaged in transit, you agree to contact Salty Cali within 5 days of delivery. Any problems with shipments must be reported inn writing or by email, and the return of product must have written consent by Salty Cali before any credit can be assigned to you account.

Pricing Policy

Product must not be marked above or below the suggested retail price by more or less than 5% unless written consent is provided by Salty Cali.

All designs, styles, products and content within SaltyCali.com are the sole property of Salty Cali. The website, designs, styles, products, images, and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Salty Cali. You hereby agree not to recreate, reprint, post, or copy any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance express written consent of Salty Cali.

Any personal information that you provide to Salty Cali including your name, address, telephone number, email address and billing information will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Salty Cali or not party to our transaction(s).

BY AAPLYING FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON IN WRITING, AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN MOVING FORWARD.
