What is the length of the necklaces? 

Our necklaces are 16" with a 2" extender to adjust the length. There are a few exceptions, like the chokers, and for these the length is specified in the product description.

What materials is the jewelry made of? 

We strive to give you the best quality at an affordable price point! Our dainty necklace chains are 925 Sterling Silver or 18K Gold over Sterling Silver. As of 2020, we introduced the Salty Babes collection, which features water friendly, durable, gold plated stainless steel chains. All of our earrings and bracelets are gold and silver plated, and hypoallergenic.

When should I expect my order? 

We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible and process all orders in 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped from our San Diego, California, showroom. Transit times depend on the shipping selected at checkout and your location; priority shipping options are also available.

For international orders, USPS rates and transit times apply.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please use our return portal or email us at hello@saltycali.com and we will take care of it ASAP! 

I want to return or exchange my item, what do I do? 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. You can return any item within 14 days of the purchase, please visit our return portal to start your request.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

We offer a 6 month warranty on all website purchases, which means we will replace the damaged item within 6 months from the time of purchase. Please visit our return portal to start your replacement request or email us at hello@saltycali.com with any questions.

How do I care for my jewelry? 

To ensure a longer life span for your jewelry piece, please follow our care guidelines for your specific product.
